Lead FP&A for a $6.5B medical distribution business, owning forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, capital prioritization, and distribution performance analytics. Provide executive reporting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and cross-functional decision support to optimize inventory, working capital, cost-to-serve, and margin expansion. Build and lead the FP&A team and drive reporting automation and operational improvements.

Lead supplier and supply-chain partner relationships to identify profit-enhancement opportunities, manage freight and operational programs (backhauls, truckload, factory-direct), perform cost-to-serve analytics, track supplier performance versus targets, act as primary operational contact for suppliers over $1M, develop mitigation strategies for disruptions, and manage vendor appeal processes.
