Build and manage Iterable journeys, segmentation, personalization, catalogs, templates, deliverability, and email, SMS, and push channels. Connect lifecycle systems with CRM and data infrastructure, measure conversion and revenue impact, and report results to leadership. Partner with Sales, brand, creative, analytics, and owner experience teams while using AI to improve campaign speed and performance.

Own Pacaso's social presence and influencer program end-to-end: build channel-specific strategy and content cadence, run daily publishing via Hootsuite, use social listening/AI and analytics to drive growth, identify and manage influencers from outreach through reporting, collaborate with Creative and Product, manage CEO LinkedIn, engage community, and deliver performance-driven recommendations.

The Ownership Advisor drives sales by converting prospective buyers into homeowners through consultative selling and market insight, while exceeding sales targets.
