Translates customer demand into production and material plans, manages shortages and long-lead components, oversees supplier performance, and coordinates with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and program teams. The role balances strategic supply-chain leadership with hands-on execution in a high-mix, low-to-medium-volume environment supporting DoD delivery commitments.

Lead and grow an integration and test engineering team delivering CMOSS/SOSA-aligned defense electronics. Oversee system-level validation, firmware/software installation, production transition, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, repeatable deliveries.

Lead systems engineering for electronic warfare products: requirements, architecture, hardware design, integration, automated lab test, verification/validation, field support, proposals, and mentor junior engineers.
