Coordinates full-cycle recruiting from application through new-hire orientation handoff. Responsibilities include resume review, candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate engagement, ATS administration, recruiting metrics, onboarding documentation, compliance verification, benefits questions, job fairs, community outreach, and HR administrative support. The role manages a high-volume recruitment pipeline independently while maintaining a strong candidate experience and accurate, audit-ready records.

Support prospective members through Medi-Cal application, renewal, appeals, and Managed Care Plan enrollment. Track case status, collect documentation, follow up with counties/plans, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and hand off ready members to care teams. Provide telephone-based member navigation, documentation, and status reporting to resolve eligibility barriers and enroll members into PHG programs.

Provide advanced HR support including employee relations and investigations, performance management, leaves and accommodations, policy interpretation, onboarding/offboarding, HR project leadership, compliance with California employment law, HR reporting, and serve as a senior resource and trainer to the HR team.

Develop and maintain secure full-stack web applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and production infrastructure. Rapidly prototype with AI-assisted development tools, then audit, refactor, test, secure, deploy, and monitor the resulting software. Integrate healthcare, CRM, billing, communications, and enterprise systems while protecting PHI and supporting HIPAA safeguards. Collaborate with executives, analysts, vendors, and operational teams to translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve reliability and delivery speed.

Own end-to-end revenue cycle for Clubhouse Services: prepare and submit county/bundled-rate MediCal claims, verify eligibility, work denials and reconciliations, maintain compliance and audit readiness, train staff, and coordinate with County BHS.
