The Enrollment Marketing Manager owns multi-channel marketing from lead generation through application and enrollment conversion. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, paid and organic campaigns, SEO, email and SMS nurture, CRM and marketing technology integration, funnel analysis, dashboards, content strategy, event marketing, and continuous optimization. The role collaborates with admissions, academic programs, financial aid, student experience, and brand teams to develop mission-aligned campaigns that attract and convert prospective students.

Directs all financial aid operations, including application processing, awarding, disbursement, scholarships, Federal Work Study, compliance, audits, reporting, budgeting, and student communications. Supervises and develops staff, maintains policies and procedures, monitors institutional and government funds, collaborates across university departments, and supports student recruitment, retention, and success. The role requires expertise in federal and state financial aid regulations, higher education systems, financial aid software, budgeting, and strategic leadership.

Support PSYS 511 instruction by grading, moderating classroom and online discussions, managing Canvas, holding office hours, proctoring exams, creating assignments, and assisting with lectures and accessible course materials.
