Provides executive assistant support to multiple externally facing leaders, including calendar and schedule management, gatekeeping, meeting preparation, expenses, signature collection, travel coordination, and special projects. The role requires professionalism, discretion, strong communication, sound judgment, adaptability, and proficiency with Google Workspace. It also involves collaborating with the administrative team and using or developing internal AI tools.

Owns end-to-end production and execution of technical, investor, founder, policy, and community events. Responsibilities include programming, project management, budgets, guest-facing communications, venue and vendor relationships, stakeholder coordination, day-of management, and post-event evaluation. The role requires strong event experience, organizational skills, discretion, communication, adaptability, and availability for nights and weekends.

Build and ship agent-driven internal products and Slack interfaces, extend and steward the Centaur runtime and agent CLIs, integrate harnesses and developer workflows, and maintain open-source community-facing docs, triage, and PRs to improve firm operations and developer extensibility.

Build and operate the core control plane and durable services coordinating agent runs; develop and harden a sandboxed Kubernetes runtime; manage secrets and secure egress; own reliability, monitoring, incident response, and failure recovery; and maintain self-hosted deployment, configuration, and upgrades for Centaur.
