Prepares federal, state, local, and international tax schedules, partnership and nonresident partner tax calculations, quarterly projections, withholding calculations, and tax reconciliations. Analyzes financial data, reconciles general ledger accounts, researches tax law changes, performs quality assurance, maintains partner tax records, and supports ad hoc tax requests. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.

The Business Development Manager will develop and execute marketing and business development plans for the global fintech practice. Responsibilities include supporting client initiatives, preparing pitches and proposals, pursuing cross-selling opportunities, managing marketing materials, sponsorships, awards submissions, events, media relations, and digital marketing. The role also analyzes market trends, supports client and partner relationships, and improves business development processes.

Owns global travel and expense operations, including expense processing, reimbursements, policy compliance, exception management, corporate card reconciliation, virtual payables, audits, and controls. The role supports escalations, cross-training, workflow triage, systems administration, process improvement, and audit readiness while partnering with attorneys, firm leadership, travel teams, banking providers, and internal stakeholders.

Owns global vendor onboarding, compliance screening, vendor master data governance, portal administration, 1099 reporting, and vendor analytics within Accounts Payable. Manages documentation, banking verification, OFAC screening, audit support, inactive vendor cleanup, and P2P system implementation activities. Partners with Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, and implementation teams while supporting reporting, workflow triage, user setup, and operational continuity.

Administer U.S. and international leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, ergonomics programs, ADA accommodations, payroll and benefit reconciliations. The role collaborates with brokers, carriers, employees, and internal teams; maintains records; supports benefit administration, system changes, reporting, compliance, and process improvements.

Coordinates firm-wide billing compliance by reviewing bills and matter setup, auditing adherence to client and firm requirements, managing billing requests and reports, and supporting process improvements across Intapp systems. Collaborates with billing, conflicts, pricing, eBilling, collections, and financial services teams. Requires legal billing, general accounting, and financial systems experience, along with proficiency in legal accounting and document management systems.

Develops and executes business development and marketing strategies for the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice. Tracks company fundraises, IPO candidates, and acquisition targets; prepares pitches and proposals; manages sponsorships, events, webinars, awards submissions, marketing materials, media relations, and digital marketing initiatives. Partners with attorneys and cross-functional teams to pursue business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and improve business development processes.
