Lead PBKs portfolio of A/E automation, AI, and innovation initiatives: prioritize intake, govern delivery, run agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, ensure security/compliance, measure ROI and adoption, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Design, build, operate, and maintain production ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and curated datasets across enterprise systems (Salesforce, Deltek, Autodesk, Azure, Microsoft Fabric). Implement data models, orchestration, API-first services, monitoring, data quality, lineage, and governance to support BI, reporting, AI/ML, and business decision-making. Collaborate with analytics, IT/security, and business teams to ensure secure, reliable data delivery.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications and integrations for AEC workflows. Develop API-first back ends, modern React/TypeScript front ends, Azure-hosted solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Partner with stakeholders, implement secure development practices, support production services, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, and mentor other developers.

Produce high-quality construction documents and specifications across all project phases, coordinate architectural/engineering teams, ensure budget and schedule compliance, manage agency approvals, enforce building code compliance, and mentor junior staff while supporting project leadership.

Serve as senior client-facing leader overseeing client relations, project team performance, service delivery, staffing, and business development. Drive strategic planning, culture, QA/QC, and collaborate with Marketing & BD to grow accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases—pre-design to construction administration. Supervise project architects and teams, ensure timeliness, budget compliance, quality construction documents, client communication, technical guidance, and on-site construction administration.

Manage project financials by ensuring contract compliance, accurate billing, AR/AP processing, ERP project setup, month‑end close support, WIP preparation, internal controls, and financial analysis to support Project Managers and Operations.

Produce high-quality architectural construction documents and Revit models across project phases (schematic through construction administration). Coordinate with team members, assemble permit-ready plans, assist architects and project managers, and prepare presentation materials using design software.
