Trainee will learn Penske sales and operations, manage fleet inventory, generate leads, foster customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, drive company vehicles (including 26' box truck), maintain DOT driver qualification file, complete training, and travel within the district as needed.

As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you'll manage customer relationships, drive sales solutions, handle inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment, while leveraging training in various business aspects.

Manage high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications to coordinate emergency roadside assistance, document events in internal systems, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate issues, and complete required training and tasks to minimize downtime.
