Creates written, photographic, video, website, email, and social media content; manages campaigns, editorial calendars, public relations materials, and community engagement. Coordinates internal stakeholders, volunteers, vendors, and an external agency while maintaining brand consistency. Tracks digital performance, prepares reports, and uses insights to improve communications supporting fundraising, adoptions, volunteer engagement, partnerships, and public awareness.
