Serve as the bridge between clinical users, product, and engineering teams while driving adoption, feedback, and measurable partner outcomes in an early-stage healthcare AI startup.

Build and maintain Pharos’s user-facing healthcare AI and analytics products as a founding full-stack engineer. Own features end to end, translate Figma designs into responsive applications, develop frontend and backend services, manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, and uphold engineering quality. Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and AI researchers while prototyping products, incorporating user feedback, and deploying reliable systems that support hospital patient-safety workflows.

Founding clinical AI researcher bridging medicine and engineering: define clinical requirements, curate and annotate datasets, develop and validate AI/NLP/LLM models for hospital quality and patient safety, engage hospital partners, design prompts and workflows, and produce clinical documentation and validation reports for product and regulatory use.
