Provide technical support to top-tier customers by troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, reproducing problems, documenting bugs, and coordinating resolutions with Engineering, SRE, Product Management, and Customer Success. Lead escalations, manage urgent tickets, mentor team members, improve support processes and documentation, participate in on-call coverage, and develop expertise in Ping Identity’s cloud identity platform.

Design, deploy, and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure for Ping Identity’s mission-critical services. Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines, support cloud security and observability, evaluate technologies, participate in planning and on-call rotations, and help improve engineering practices.
