Architect, design, analyze, build, and install novel solar racking systems. Own mechanical product development from concept through first build, using hand calculations, FEA, and CAD. Develop automation tools and equipment for large-scale solar deployment, generate innovative system and part-level solutions, troubleshoot hands-on issues, and manage project schedules in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Supports workplace, administrative, and people operations at an in-person Oakland headquarters. Responsibilities include managing office supplies and services, coordinating facilities and vendors, maintaining records, supporting purchasing, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, preparing offer letters, managing onboarding and offboarding, and organizing team events. The role requires strong organization, communication, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
