Own product roadmaps for asset onboarding, vaults, compliance/KYC infrastructure, or partner integrations. Write specs/PRDs, run sprint planning, define KPIs, coordinate with Legal/Compliance, Engineering, Design, and BD, perform competitive analysis, and prioritize product tradeoffs to ship institutional-scale tokenized RWA products.

Design end-to-end user experiences for tokenized real-world assets, build a scalable design system, run user research and usability testing, create wireframes/prototypes in Figma, and partner with engineering and marketing to ship polished, compliant fintech and crypto products.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, social, email, and community. Own content calendar and social presence, coordinate co-marketing with partners, produce launch assets with Design, track campaign performance, and support BD/leadership with materials translating complex RWA/DeFi concepts into clear narratives.

Lead Plume's global partnerships strategy and team to scale RWA issuance and institutional adoption. Build and coach BD Managers, negotiate and structure major issuer/custodian deals, align BD with executive strategy, ensure legal/compliance feasibility, represent Plume externally, and create repeatable partner sourcing and launch playbooks.

Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (content, social, email, community, partner co-marketing). Create and manage content calendar, grow social and community presence, coordinate with Design and BD, track campaign performance, and produce materials for leadership, conferences, and press to drive awareness and adoption of Plume's RWA tokenization platform.

Own end-to-end deal execution to onboard issuers, asset managers, custodians, and DeFi protocols onto Plume. Source, pitch, structure, and close partnerships while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering. Track pipeline health and partner performance, represent Plume at events, and maintain competitive RWA market knowledge.

Lead and build broker-dealer and transfer agent compliance programs for US operations: create policies and controls, oversee AML and transfer-agent rules, manage filings and regulatory exams, conduct audits and risk assessments, provide training, investigate incidents, and report to executive leadership and the Board.

Build end-to-end full-stack product features, integrate smart contract/blockchain calls, design resilient backend systems and indexers, optimize performance, lead QA and mentor junior engineers.

Design, implement, and deploy EVM (Solidity) smart contracts for RWA tokenization, KYC attestations, and account abstraction. Integrate contracts with Plume apps, build indexing and off-chain systems for a testnet campaign, prepare code for audits, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, implement, and maintain Plume's core blockchain node and validator software; develop scalable, secure protocol features across the full crypto/DeFi stack; tackle distributed-systems and networking challenges; integrate backend services and on-chain UX; and iterate on protocol design to improve performance and reliability.

Support finance and operations by building financial models, forecasting, and evaluating partnerships, token economics, M&A, and new product initiatives. Manage outsourced accounting, treasury operations, budgeting, entity structuring, fund disbursements, and improvements to payments and reporting systems while preparing internal and board materials.

Own day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly close, reconcile bank accounts, stablecoin wallets and exchanges, record journal entries, maintain subledgers, implement and manage crypto-specific accounting tools, reconcile on-chain activity to the general ledger, support tax/audit prep, and oversee vendor/payroll/corporate spend operations.
