Develop, iterate, and deploy machine learning models and agent systems for investment decision-making. Design experiments, build reproducible feature-generation and evaluation workflows, and work with large-scale financial and alternative datasets to identify predictive signals and improve production performance.

Lead technical development of the agent platform: design and build agent-driven products, establish infrastructure and patterns for reliable deployment, and collaborate on vision and roadmap to scale production multi-agent systems.

Implement research prototypes into production-quality code, build and maintain data pipelines and feature generation, run backtests and experiments, ensure reproducibility, testing, and documentation, and communicate results to leadership.

Lead engineering to design and build AI-native, distributed systems for data ingestion, model development, multiagent inference, and production decision-making. Define architecture, platform standards, reproducibility and explainability, partner with researchers to productionize models, and recruit and manage a high-performing engineering team.
