The Stop Loss Sales Support Specialist will manage data, coordinate with carriers, and support sales efforts within the stop loss operations. They will analyze client data, act as a liaison, submit reporting requests, and manage workflows to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.

Support Account Managers with client and broker relationship management, prepare client-facing documents and meeting materials, use AI tools to research and draft communications, maintain client records, and assist with follow-up and account deliverables during a 1012 week internship.

Work with operational leaders to identify manual workflows and rapidly prototype AI-assisted tools using Anthropic Claude and other LLMs. Build prompt-based assistants and lightweight demos, collaborate on API integrations, document use cases and logic, present ROI to leadership, and deliver an AI Efficiency Playbook to enable handoffs and continued implementation.

Configure, maintain, and test healthcare plan designs and benefit configurations to support auto-adjudication. Oversee system integration, upgrades, and interoperability. Create testing protocols, resolve adjudication issues, document changes, and collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient claims processing.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and fostering long-term partnerships while overseeing client lifecycle activities.

The Assistant Corporate Controller handles financial data integrity, reporting, compliance with GAAP, audit preparation, and supports financial insights and variance analysis.

Serve as primary client support within the Client Services team for retention and satisfaction. Provide administrative and operational support, generate client reports, coordinate issue resolution across departments and partners, and participate in client-facing activities like benefit fairs and enrollment meetings.
