Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executives, including calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, project and event oversight, documentation, expense tracking, budgeting, and follow-up. Acts as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, manages priorities and deadlines, coordinates stakeholders, and supports business operations and special projects in fast-paced startup environments.
