Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs (checkout, payments, scheduling, accounts) using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Integrate third-party platforms, ensure resiliency and observability with Datadog, optimize performance, write automated tests, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product and Design to deliver customer-facing features.

Lead and grow cross-functional engineering teams delivering Salesforce-centered services (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud) and backend systems. Drive agile delivery, technical architecture, code quality, cloud/IaC practices, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2). Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Marketing to prioritize roadmap, improve engineering operations, and report performance metrics to stakeholders.

Engineer and deliver functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud, managing development through production deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders, implementation partners, and product and engineering teams. Serve as a Salesforce Health Cloud subject matter expert, provide best-practice guidance, integrate Salesforce with external systems, migrate business processes, and apply healthcare data standards and security controls.

Lead QA for web and backend systems: design and execute manual and automated tests (UI, functional, regression, accessibility, API), integrate testing into CI/CD, track and triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, mentor junior QA, and contribute to performance and security testing and process improvements.
