Lead revenue growth and new business for an ecommerce/digital commerce agency. Develop and execute outbound/inbound sales strategy, manage full sales cycle, build pipeline, negotiate contracts, and create scalable sales processes. Partner with leadership and client teams to drive onboarding, retention, upsells, and forecasting while using CRM tools to track performance.

Manage and optimize paid advertising across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and Instacart. Build performance-driven strategies, oversee five- and six-figure budgets, run DSP/programmatic campaigns, provide data-driven reporting and client-facing presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to drive KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, CVR, and CTR.

Serve as primary client lead for Amazon and retail media strategy, managing advertising (Sponsored Ads, DSP), performance analysis, cross-functional execution, and multichannel marketplace growth across platforms like TikTok Shop and Walmart Connect.
