Researches, evaluates, and recommends healthcare providers while expanding PHM’s provider network. Maintains accurate provider intelligence, reviews credentials and healthcare programs, supports insurance verification and patient-access workflows, and improves technology-enabled processes. Collaborates with clinical, research, and operations teams to turn provider insights into actionable recommendations and scalable operational improvements.

Conduct rigorous business, financial, operational, market, and performance analyses; build sophisticated models; identify strategic insights; and translate findings into recommendations and executive-ready materials for senior leadership, the Board, and investors. Partner with the CSO and cross-functional leaders on ambiguous strategic questions, market sizing, growth scenarios, partnerships, and strategic planning.

Private Health Management seeks mission-driven problem solvers for various roles. They encourage submissions for future openings if no current fit is available.

Drive new business across a defined region by selling PHM’s employer solutions to employers, brokers, consultants, TPAs, and captive insurers. Build and execute territory and GTM strategies, develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer to influence product and strategy while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
