Manages multiple projects, translates complex business concepts into compelling visuals, and incorporates emerging tools including AI-assisted design workflows.

Oversee HME reimbursement claims, billing, collections, denials, accounts receivable, and cash posting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Mentor global reimbursement specialists, conduct quality assurance, resolve escalated client and operational issues, liaise with management, and support process improvements and special projects. The role requires adaptability, strong problem-solving, and expertise in major medical claims, CMS-1500, and 837 billing processes.
