Provides high-level administrative and executive support to company leaders, including complex calendar and email management, travel coordination, meeting and event planning, expense reporting, onboarding, confidential projects, and stakeholder communication. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion, strong organization, and effective collaboration with executives, customers, partners, and senior leadership.

Leads applied machine learning initiatives for spatial intelligence in construction. Designs, trains, evaluates, and deploys production ML systems analyzing drawings, BIM, and project data to identify clashes and constructability risks. Provides hands-on technical leadership, drives exploratory prototypes, guides architecture, mentors engineers, establishes quality standards, and ensures scalable, reliable integration with Procore’s platform.

Lead the internal AI enablement platform for embedding autonomous agents across Procore. Define technical roadmaps, APIs/SDKs, architectural guardrails, developer tooling, and evaluation frameworks. Drive cross-functional alignment, prioritize backend enablement work, and measure developer velocity and agent performance to accelerate safe, scalable AI deployment across products.

Lead the end-to-end camera and media experience for Procore, defining strategy and roadmap for photo/video capture and organization across mobile, web, and wearables. Partner with UX, engineering, and customers to design, build, and ship AI-enhanced capture and organization features, use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize, and define success metrics for adoption and engagement.

Lead design and build of scalable batch and streaming data pipelines for multimodal and spatial AI. Enable dataset curation, versioning, lineage, and data quality for research-to-production ML workflows. Partner with researchers and architects, run proofs‑of‑concept, optimize cost and performance, and mentor engineers to maintain observable, reproducible AI data systems.
