Lead product strategy and roadmap for the eSource ecosystem (RealTime, CRIO). Act as SME for platform deployment, vendor governance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Serve as product owner, define requirements and business cases, prioritize backlogs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, support change management and user adoption, and measure performance to drive continuous improvement.

Provide virtual counseling visits to clinical trial participants within scope of licensure, set appointments, follow clinical research guidelines, submit accurate source documentation, and collaborate with clinical project teams to support participant wellbeing and retention.
