Supervise staff and manage client flow in a long-term adult psychiatric transitional residential program. Promote social rehabilitation, review charts, assist staff training, coordinate schedules and data collection, maintain required computer records, advocate for facility maintenance, and perform counselor duties as needed.

Leads the human resources function, including HR policy development, HRIS administration, employee and labor relations, union compliance, recruiting, training, benefits, workers’ compensation, unemployment processes, employment-law compliance, and supervision of HR staff. Partners with executive and program leadership to improve hiring, retention, employee development, and organizational HR practices across San Francisco and North Bay locations.
