Participate in a nurse residency program with preceptor and educator support while progressing toward independent practice. Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to care plans, and maintain a safe, clean, therapeutic environment. The role is full-time, 36 hours weekly, with overnight shifts across multiple ProMedica hospitals in Ohio and Michigan.

Leads philanthropic development for multiple regional hospital foundations by securing and stewarding donor support. Develops and implements fundraising strategies across annual funds, events, and capital initiatives; facilitates board and hospital leadership relationships; supports volunteer committees; and represents the organization at community events.

Perform CT imaging using computerized tomography equipment, select technical factors for patient size/age, administer and document IV contrast under physician direction, apply radiation protection and immobilization, and collaborate with radiologists and care team to produce diagnostic-quality scans.

Supervise and support radiologic technologists performing imaging procedures; monitor productivity; perform equipment and procedure quality checks; conduct staff performance evaluations; ensure patient care, courtesy, and cooperation.

Provides hospital security by protecting patients, visitors, and employees; monitoring facilities; directing traffic and enforcing parking rules; investigating accidents, hazards, and incidents; assisting with wayfinding; and restraining combative patients when necessary. Must complete required training and maintain certifications, including Basic Security Officer Certification through IAHSS within six months.

Participate in one-on-one nursing preceptorship to build clinical skills. Assist with patient rounds, perform treatments and IVs under RN supervision, collaborate on care plans and patient/family education, and complete educational validations.

Provide onsite safety and security for patients, visitors, and staff by monitoring facilities, enforcing parking/traffic, investigating accidents/hazards, reporting incidents, restraining combative patients as needed, and completing required training and certifications.

Perform CT imaging using computerized tomography equipment, select technical factors based on patient characteristics, administer and document contrast under physician direction, apply radiation protection and immobilization, collaborate with radiologists and care teams to produce high-quality diagnostic CT scans.

Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and distribution; maintain drug inventory and patient records; enter prescriber orders into electronic records; float across ProMedica pharmacy locations and cover shifts as needed.

Perform high-quality CT imaging by operating computerized tomography equipment, selecting technical factors for patients, administering and documenting IV contrast under physician direction, using radiation protection and immobilizers, and collaborating with radiologists and care teams to support diagnostic decision-making.

Provide patient-centered obstetric care in Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum (LDRP), coordinate nursing care plans, assess patients, implement and evaluate interventions, collaborate with health team, maintain required licensure and certifications.

Provide outpatient pediatric care focused on preventive medicine and patient/family education. Manage ~15-20 patients/day, share call (1:4), collaborate with care teams, document in Epic, participate in CME and rotating holiday coverage. Open to new grads; relocation and benefits offered.

Supervises daily hospital inpatient or outpatient coding operations, manages team performance, promotes accurate and compliant coding, develops staff and team goals, and identifies process improvements. The role monitors reporting, analyzes trends, supports action plans, and ensures coding practices align with organizational objectives and reimbursement methodologies.
