Lead ERP application development across the SDLC: gather requirements, design, code, test, and implement customizations, integrations, conversions, reports, and automated workflows. Support, sustain, and optimize the UKG Healthcare Productivity application within Providence's ERP environment. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to triage change requests, manage releases, oversee testing, and align application solutions with business needs. Manage Employment Practice Liability claims end-to-end including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and disposition. Design and build cloud-based data applications and pipelines to analyze clinical data, enrich and provision datasets, and support clinical/operational processes. Mentor junior engineers, drive R&D for repeatable templates, collaborate with Product/Platform/Architecture, and prioritize source control, documentation, and simple solutions using modern data, ETL, and LLM tooling.
