Lead profitable new-business growth for cleanroom services across the Western United States. Develop regional sales strategies, manage enterprise and multi-location pursuits, coach Cleanroom Account Executives, and oversee pipeline, forecasting, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Partner with Operations and plant leadership to ensure successful customer implementation. The field-based role requires regular regional travel and collaboration across sales, quality, marketing, service, and customer experience teams.

One-year management training program covering production and plant operations, customer service and route delivery, and corporate sales. Trainees receive leadership development and may complete traveling assignments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, driving eligibility, customer service, sales, or operations experience, physical readiness, and willingness to travel and relocate for future management opportunities.
