Manage and qualify inbound leads, maintain HubSpot CRM, execute B2B email campaigns and nurture workflows, create email and social content, collaborate with design and sales, track campaign performance, build reports and dashboards, and support marketing automation and data quality initiatives.

Facilitate negotiation and execution of clinical trial site agreements and budgets, customize and track site-specific contracts, coordinate signatures and translations, file executed agreements in the Trial Master File, and update stakeholders on contracting status.

Lead regional clinical trial operations: plan, implement and manage study activities across countries, ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, meet enrollment and timeline targets, supervise and train project teams and monitors, manage KPIs, budgets, contracts, regulatory submissions, safety reporting, and prepare teams for audits/inspections.

Lead and execute B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, paid ads, content and PR; create content; track and optimize campaign performance; manage vendors, budgets, website updates, and events; support sales initiatives and contribute to marketing strategy while mentoring junior team members.
