Own end-to-end accounting operations for a mortgage platform, including AP/AR, accruals, monthly close, loan-level accounting, funding reconciliations, gain-on-sale, investor settlements, controls, reporting, and audit readiness. Partner with the CFO to build an automation-first finance function, configure integrations, define system requirements, and automate processes across the general ledger, loan origination, warehouse funding, and reporting systems.

Build Pylon's audience and movement by owning channel strategy, creating opinionated and original content, growing founder and brand presence, running rapid growth experiments, and activating communities, media, and influencers to convert curiosity into customers.

Build and lead Pylon's in-house talent function: own sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, structured interviews, employer branding, onboarding, retention, hiring metrics, and a small recruiting team. Prioritize hiring senior engineers, scale processes to replace agencies, and partner with leadership on headcount, comp, and leveling.
