The Finance Director will build and lead Qolab’s internal finance and accounting function, transitioning from outsourced services to an internal operating model. Responsibilities include FP&A, financial forecasting, reporting, close management, audits, government cost accounting, procurement, internal controls, tax compliance, equity administration, contract analysis, and finance systems implementation. The role will also establish SOX-ready controls, ensure ASC 606 and ASC 842 compliance, and support public-company readiness while partnering with executives, auditors, vendors, and federal research programs.
