Own the full B2B sales cycle from discovery through close, create pipeline, navigate complex finance deals, and develop customer champions. Experiment with messaging, qualification, demos, and business cases to establish a repeatable sales motion. Partner with and coach SDRs, build sales processes and standards, and help shape Quanta’s early sales organization while using AI to improve effectiveness.

Own important customer-facing product problems end to end, from understanding complex financial workflows to designing, building, and shipping reliable software. Collaborate closely with customers, product, design, and engineering while applying strong technical and product judgment. Drive adoption and customer outcomes after launch, create clarity from ambiguity, and raise engineering standards through hands-on product development.

Build Quanta’s outbound sales motion by researching target accounts, identifying finance stakeholders and buying signals, conducting cold calls, writing personalized outreach, qualifying prospects, and creating qualified pipeline. The role involves experimenting with messaging and channels, using AI to improve prospecting, sharing market feedback, and turning successful tactics into repeatable sales processes. It offers close exposure to founders, customers, product development, and a potential path toward an Account Executive role.

Build and improve Quanta’s financial systems and Operational Ledger as a full-stack product engineer. Design reliable APIs, data models, frontend and backend systems, and core abstractions for complex accounting workflows. Work closely with engineers, accountants, and customers to translate ambiguous finance problems into practical technical solutions. Own outcomes, ship customer-facing improvements, contribute to AI strategy, and help shape the platform’s long-term technical direction in a collaborative, in-person environment.

Lead and scale Quanta’s engineering organization, including hiring, team development, delivery, architecture, engineering culture, and technical strategy. Manage a team of seven, establish effective processes, mentor engineers, balance near-term execution with long-term technical health, and contribute to company-wide strategy. The role requires operating effectively in an ambiguous, early-stage environment while shaping the organization and engineering practices for future growth.

Lead Quanta’s marketing from the ground up by creating content across blog, social, and email; developing customer stories, launches, and thought leadership; owning brand identity and visual storytelling; building a new market category; establishing marketing systems, analytics, and distribution; and supporting messaging, outbound, onboarding, and future go-to-market functions.
