Designs, builds, and operates secure cloud and container platforms across AWS and Google Cloud. Responsibilities include Kubernetes administration with Rancher and OpenShift, infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible, Bash scripting, CI/CD support, monitoring, incident response, identity management, zero-trust controls, and STIG/CIS hardening. The role collaborates with engineering, security, compliance, and network teams while supporting accredited infrastructure and Authority to Operate efforts.

Leads complex network and infrastructure solution development from customer requirements through architecture, implementation, deployment, operations, and sustainment. Provides technical leadership, customer engagement, proposal support, solution presentations, team coordination, mentoring, risk management, and delivery accountability across enterprise, tactical, government, and commercial environments. Integrates networking, software, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, service management, and observability technologies while supporting classified and sensitive programs.

Build and maintain secure, full-stack cybersecurity and compliance applications for cloud and on-premise environments. Develop APIs, integrations, data ingestion and normalization, risk analytics, relationship models, role-based access, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments. Support post-quantum cryptography and compliance workflows while troubleshooting production issues and applying DevSecOps practices. Collaborate across engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and compliance teams in a highly regulated, ambiguous product environment.

Architect and evolve a secure hybrid Azure and Kubernetes platform supporting continuous software delivery across classified and unclassified environments. Lead platform standards, landing zones, networking, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, observability, identity, secrets management, governance, and SRE practices. Establish reusable developer self-service capabilities, manage multi-cluster environments, define security and operational standards, conduct architecture reviews, and drive platform modernization for mission-critical space operations.

Monitor and secure federal cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Perform cloud threat hunting, log analysis, incident response, and develop cloud security playbooks and monitoring use cases. Ensure cloud logs are integrated with SIEM tools, tune detection systems, establish KPIs, support threat information sharing, and assist with cloud SOC tool deployment and proof-of-concept efforts.

Design, build, automate, and operate secure cybersecurity infrastructure supporting SOC missions. Develop infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, software, APIs, and automation for detection engineering and incident response. Integrate security controls throughout development workflows and evaluate AI-enabled engineering solutions. Partner with SOC, cloud, software, and cybersecurity teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
