Lead cross-functional delivery of commercial space and aerospace programs from proposal through deployment. Manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones, customer relationships, documentation, and performance tracking. Coordinate engineering, product, sales, and business development teams while translating technical requirements into executable plans. Support proposals and business growth, and operate across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.

Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Quindar’s Mission Planning capabilities across Plan and Portal products. Translate mission objectives into executable spacecraft and ground operations plans, improve scheduling and constraint-aware automation, and design workflows for diverse mission stakeholders. Conduct user research, define requirements and success metrics, collaborate with engineering and design, and lead prioritization, launch, and iteration for complex technical products.

Coordinate day-to-day engineering execution for U.S. DoD, IC, and civil mission programs. Track tasking, dependencies, owners, blockers, risks, milestones, and deliverables; facilitate planning sessions and team cadences; drive issue resolution; and communicate concise status updates across engineering, product, and program stakeholders.

Develop backend satellite operations software using Python and AWS, build and troubleshoot APIs, integrate containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), use IaC (Terraform), collaborate in Agile teams, and contribute to generative AI integrations, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and architecture to support scalable, secure mission operations.
