Radicle Health Benefits Overview

Conducts manual and automated software testing across requirements, user workflows, edge cases, regressions, APIs, and data validation. Creates test cases, investigates and documents defects using SQL, logs, browser tools, and source code, and contributes Playwright automation within CI/CD pipelines. Collaborates with engineers and product teams, supports accessibility and security-conscious testing, follows HIPAA data-handling practices, and uses Claude Code responsibly to improve test design and investigation.

Partner with sales to deliver tailored pre-sales technical demos and support for Radicle Health's SaaS products. Contribute to RFPs, develop demo environments and sales assets, gather and relay customer feedback, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and improve sales tactics by reviewing Gong recordings.

Manage mid-market/enterprise customer accounts to drive product adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and upsell. Act as product expert, deliver training and business reviews, monitor usage, document account activity in CRM, forecast renewals, and attend industry events to meet net revenue retention targets.
