The Full Stack SW Engineer will develop user-facing applications and backend systems for fleet insights, vehicle monitoring, and operational intelligence. Responsibilities include building software systems, dashboards, and services, collaborating with hardware teams, and improving system performance.

The Mechanical Engineer II will develop FEA models, validate trailer designs, perform mechanical design, and ensure manufacturability while collaborating with teams to integrate analysis into the design cycle.

The Sr. Technical Program Manager will oversee Asia supplier relationships and ensure hardware supply chain execution, balancing technical fluency with supplier accountability to meet NPI milestones.

Provide in-house securities and corporate counsel for capital markets, SEC reporting, public-company readiness, Board governance, equity matters, disclosure controls, and related corporate legal work. Draft filings and policies, coordinate with outside counsel, auditors, and investors, build compliance processes, and manage securities-related programs and filings.

Manage corporate governance, board materials, minute books, securities compliance, and transaction support. Administer contract intake, repository, lifecycle management, and signature workflows. Coordinate diligence, virtual data rooms, closings, filings, and Section 16 support. Improve legal intake, matter management, technology, outside counsel billing, and processes to enable public-company readiness.

Own end-to-end monthly close, lead PCAOB audit readiness, manage technical accounting (equity, warrants, revenue, stock comp), run day-to-day accounting operations, implement ERP and build cost accounting/inventory processes, establish internal controls, support investor and board reporting, and hire and develop the accounting team as the company scales to production.
