The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues in the field and providing ongoing support and maintenance to robots deployed at customer sites. They will work directly with the robots to ensure their performance and will interface with customers and the internal engineering team to perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. The engineer will also assist in the deployment of new installations and upgrades, train customers on system use, and contribute to improving the customer experience.
