Provide systems administration across Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux environments, including troubleshooting, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, replication, security hardening, audit-log collection, and vulnerability remediation. Designs and implements infrastructure-as-code automation using Ansible across VMware, bare-metal, cloud, Windows, and Linux environments. Develops custom Python modules, plugins, REST integrations, and CI/CD pipelines while integrating Git, secrets management, and monitoring. Creates documentation, troubleshoots automation failures, improves reliability and performance, tracks metrics, and supports critical infrastructure through an on-call rotation. The role requires extensive Ansible, systems administration, scripting, and platform engineering experience in classified environments.

Leads digital technology operations at an onsite aerospace facility, serving as the primary escalation point between enterprise technology teams, local leadership, vendors, and production environments. Oversees infrastructure reliability, security, compliance, audit readiness, hosting costs, service-level performance, technology deployments, and maintenance. Coordinates network, wireless, facility, conference room, machine installation, collaboration, telecommunications, and security initiatives while advocating for site priorities and ensuring timely resolution of technology issues.
