Owns high-priority, ambiguous strategic initiatives from scoping through execution and handoff. Own Reducto’s platform engineering function, including serving infrastructure, job orchestration, model inference, deployments, autoscaling, observability, reliability, and cost optimization. Lead platform roadmap and technical decisions, build the engineering team, support customer cloud and on-premise deployments, and partner with ML and Product teams on model and agent infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role involving design, coding, code reviews, and incident response.

Lead the product engineering team building AI-powered document workflow products. Set technical and product direction, shape customer-focused features, recruit engineers, prototype and ship production-quality software, and define AI development practices. Collaborate with founders, product, platform, and ML engineering teams to deploy models and capabilities. Contract-to-hire technical recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for engineering roles: source passive candidates, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, advise on offers, and partner with hiring managers to close talent during a three-month, 40-hour/week in-person engagement in San Francisco.

As Founding Customer Success Manager, you'll establish customer success processes and handle high-value customer relationships for retention and expansion.

Lead Reducto's organic discovery across traditional search and AI-driven assistants. Own technical SEO, site architecture, content strategy, measurement, and dashboards. Implement codebase and CMS changes, produce and optimize developer-focused content, and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to improve AI citations and search visibility.

Lead end-to-end deployment of Reducto into customer environments, collaborating with enterprise teams to configure and operate infrastructure solutions.
