Leads the Clinical Integrations product team and roadmap for EHR data ingestion, normalization, clinical concept libraries, and shared data models. Partners with engineering, clinical experts, and product teams to improve data completeness, accuracy, latency, cost, pipeline reliability, and integration capabilities. Owns service-level standards, prioritization, platform scalability, and the experience of internal teams consuming clinical data services.

Lead the full enterprise sales cycle for Regard’s healthcare technology with major U.S. health systems. Manage strategic accounts, conduct consultative discovery, develop tailored business cases, build consensus among clinical and financial executives, and drive proposals through contracting. Own revenue generation, executive selling, buyer journey advancement, and long-term provider relationships while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership. The role requires 30% travel and experience selling software to large health systems.

Build and own backend services that analyze patient medical charts, identify diagnoses, and surface supporting clinical evidence. Lead projects through the full lifecycle, make architectural decisions, design clinical data models and service contracts, improve system reliability and performance, mentor engineers, collaborate with clinicians and product teams, and participate in on-call, monitoring, and production support.

Design, build, and operate data services and pipelines to ingest, standardize, and deliver clinical data for product, analytics, and ML. Tune Spark workloads, enforce data quality, monitor production systems, and partner with product and engineering. Participate in on-call support.

Build and maintain production data pipelines and models to support analytics, ML, and research. Ensure data quality and availability, operate and monitor the data platform, investigate failures, optimize performance and costs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
