Provides welcoming front-desk service in a senior living community. Supports marketing inquiries, business-office tasks, resident engagement updates, confidentiality, safety, infection control, and hospitality standards. Part-time weekend availability is required.

Performs preventive and emergency maintenance across a senior living community, including building, equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, apartment turnover, inspections, and pool maintenance. Provides resident-focused service, completes work orders, explains thermostat use, and assists with pumps, heaters, and cooling towers. Works under moderate supervision and supports the Plant department.

Provides administrative and financial support to the Plant Operations department at a senior living community. Responsibilities include invoice and purchase order processing, bookkeeping, contractor coordination, resident help desk support, work order and asset management in WorxHub, preventive maintenance scheduling, records management, reporting, and assisting with department projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and the ability to work some weekends.

Directs nursing services for a skilled nursing facility and residential senior living community. Responsibilities include coordinating resident care, staffing and scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, restorative care, outside clinical services, employee hiring and development, performance evaluations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role promotes resident-centered care, employee engagement, clinical excellence, and compliance with federal and state standards.

Supervises nursing care and staff on a shift in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, admissions, discharges, transfers, clinical huddles, staff assignments, documentation, care planning, regulatory preparedness, and communication with physicians and families. The role also provides direct resident care, supports pharmacy recommendations, manages medication-room duties, and assists the Director of Nursing.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads for health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and supplies, follows therapeutic diet orders, and provides courteous service. Requires standing and walking throughout the day, lifting up to 20 pounds, and pushing or pulling carts up to 50 pounds.

Manages daily dining room operations, serving staff, scheduling, training, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, stocking, and customer experience. Provides hands-on service by taking orders, answering menu questions, clearing tables, and assisting with dishwashing. Ensures staffing and operational standards align with company requirements and budget.
