Own PoC-to-production technical adoption for Restate: run hands-on customer PoCs, lead Kubernetes/cloud production readiness, implement observability and networking/security integrations, create enablement assets, and participate in on-call escalation to ensure reliable deployments.

Lead PoV/PoC enablement through production readiness and deployment for Restate. Work hands-on with customers and OSS evaluators to build integrations, reference implementations, and operational patterns (Kubernetes, cloud, observability). Drive rollout planning, participate in escalation/on-call rotations, and produce tutorials, demos, and enablement assets while feeding product friction back to engineering.

Design, build, and operate Restate Cloud and BYOC deployments across multi-tenant SaaS and on-prem environments. Implement IaC and cloud orchestration for Kubernetes-based stateful workloads, ensure reliability and observability (SLOs, metrics, traces, logs, runbooks), automate fleet scaling, and participate in on-call rotations supporting production operations.

Build and operate Restate Cloud and BYOC/on-prem deployments, design cloud infrastructure and IaC for multi-tenant SaaS, ensure reliability/observability (SLOs, metrics, traces, logs), develop Kubernetes operators and automation, participate in on-call and customer-facing infrastructure operations.

Lead developer relations to grow awareness, drive editorial content and launches, and support community across Slack, Discord, and GitHub. Partner with founders and engineers to produce docs, tutorials, talks, and educational materials. Surface community feedback into product and run events, conferences, and public moments to increase adoption of Restate's durable runtime.
