Build and maintain an AI-to-Figma design-system encoding pipeline that translates Figma systems into structured context and back into faithful designs. Own the customer-facing product surface, onboarding, and self-serve journey using React and Next.js, while developing model-agnostic prompts, retrieval workflows, evaluations, and integrations. Partner with full-stack engineers, establish activation KPIs, diagnose output quality issues, and shape the product from an early-stage offering into a scalable self-serve product.

Leads creative technology initiatives by building AI agent pipelines, MCP servers, plugins, generative video systems, and voice agents. Designs AI architectures, prototypes emerging technologies, develops scalable creative systems, and optimizes tools and campaigns using tracing and agent analytics. Partners with clients and cross-functional teams, presents to executive stakeholders, mentors team members, and balances brand, audience, business, creative, and technical objectives.
