Collaborate with hardware, electrical, mechanical, sensor-fusion, and systems engineers to deliver reliable platform software across custom hardware configurations.

Design and validate electrical subsystems for ruggedized, mass-produced devices. Responsibilities include schematic capture, constraint-driven PCB layout, embedded communications, sensor integration, hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and ensuring signal integrity, reliability, manufacturability, and compact form factors. The engineer collaborates with systems, RF, and software teams, owns EE deliverables, and leads hardware design efforts independently from initial design through production integration.

The Reliability Engineer defines reliability requirements, characterizes stresses, conducts FMEA, develops accelerated life tests, and owns validation across the product lifecycle. They investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis, apply statistical methods and DOE, create test plans and reports, and partner with hardware, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product reliability and meet industry and government standards.

Research and develop computer vision, sensor fusion, pose estimation, and machine learning solutions for imaging and embedded applications. Build prototypes and end-to-end pipelines in Python and C++, optimize models for real-time edge deployment, and implement MLOps practices for monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD. Evaluate novel algorithms against current research, develop preprocessing and augmentation workflows, and transition validated concepts toward production.

Design and validate power-management and battery systems for rugged, mission-critical devices. Responsibilities include developing DC-DC converters, integrating battery management systems, optimizing power delivery, meeting safety and certification requirements, debugging hardware with electrical test equipment, and supporting product integration and manufacturability. The role also involves leading power hardware designs technically and independently managing projects.

Develop real-time perception software for SLAM and visual-inertial odometry by fusing camera and IMU data. Create Android services in Java/Kotlin and Python tooling for simulation, testing, automation, and CI. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, perception, graphics, and backend teams to ship reliable spatial computing capabilities.

Build and maintain a full-stack platform across web UI, APIs, databases, tests, documentation, media pipelines, and cloud or edge deployments. Design APIs for web and device clients, develop large-file data integration pipelines, and improve testing, recovery, data integrity, and observability. Own the full software development lifecycle and maintain a high-quality codebase.

Leads customer deployments of integrated hardware and software systems across government and industrial organizations. Responsibilities include deployment planning, customer relationship management, technical proposals, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, roadmapping, demonstrations, presales support, and business development.
