Lead the atmospheric science function for a rainfall enhancement startup. Set scientific strategy, oversee WRF modeling and data assimilation, integrate forecasts and field observations, evaluate deployments, and communicate uncertainty. Build operational cloud and high-performance computing workflows, assess AI weather models, recruit and mentor scientific teams, and establish research partnerships. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, frequent travel, long workweeks, and regular weekend work.

Contract SME to develop and execute an experimental test program for a two-phase nozzle: design thrust measurement, characterize spray and mixed-phase flow, collect and analyze pressure/temperature/flow data, reduce variables, recommend instrumentation and fixtures, and improve nozzle performance and test methodology.

The Turbo Machinery Advisor will guide turbine and expander development, mentor engineers, oversee testing, and ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging industry expertise and partnerships.
