Translate Rockwell solution architectures into project-ready designs by working directly with EPC firms and Engineers of Record. Develop detailed system architectures, specifications, BOMs, and contract-ready documentation. Integrate Rockwell solutions across EPC design phases, support pre-sales and project transitions, and collaborate with internal product and technical teams to ensure standards alignment and scalable, buildable designs.

A 12-week paid internship offering business development, account management, or technology consulting tracks. Interns develop sales, technical, and professional skills; qualify sales opportunities; create sales strategies; communicate automation product benefits; and work with manufacturing customers through phone, digital, remote, and face-to-face interactions. The role includes structured training and placement in a Rockwell Automation field sales office.

Participate in Rockwell Automation’s multi-month technical sales and consulting training program. Build relationships with manufacturers, systems integrators, and industry partners; identify customer needs; develop sales plans; grow account spending and market share; and propose outcome-based automation solutions. Work with customers through email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing before placement in a North American field sales office.
