Lead multi-site IT operations for a 250-person healthcare nonprofit, managing a 6–8 person IT team, cloud and workplace environments, security and HIPAA privacy programs, vendor and vCISO relationships, disaster recovery, IT budgeting, and compliance/audit support.

Manage and administer workforce development programs: ensure compliance, track participant and staff data, analyze reimbursement and leveraging metrics, develop program evaluation and policies, coordinate projects and vendors, support staff training, reporting, budgeting, QA, and funder communications. On-site role with Bay Area travel.

Manage and supervise Health Navigators delivering trauma-informed, patient-centered services. Oversee scheduling, quality assurance, program compliance, budgeting, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely, effective service delivery.

Manage and supervise workforce program coordinators, oversee budgets, reporting, community outreach, and program compliance. Ensure timely deliverables, personnel decisions, and continuous improvement of workforce processes and policies while collaborating with community partners.

Manage accounts receivable, denial management, and payment posting to maximize reimbursement. Post payments and adjustments, follow up on billed, denied, or underpaid claims, verify eligibility, maintain patient and insurance records, monitor denial trends, support audits and compliance, and train front desk staff and new hires.
