Performs preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, inspections, and service calls across a senior living facility. Repairs and maintains building equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC components, pools, and cooling towers, with additional painting and carpentry duties. Provides courteous, resident-focused service, explains equipment operation, follows work-order procedures, and works under moderate supervision. Weekend availability is required.

Assists with planning and delivering recreational and wellness programs for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing residents. Reviews individual needs, coordinates activities and events, manages calendars, documents attendance and progress, supervises volunteers, maintains supplies and program spaces, coordinates with other departments, processes expenses, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.

Leads nursing services in a skilled nursing facility and residential senior living community. Oversees resident care, staffing, scheduling, budgets, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, quality assurance, restorative care, staff hiring and development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and coordination with external healthcare providers. Maintains 24-hour coverage, supports resident outcomes and satisfaction, and fosters a positive, resident-centered workplace.

Supervises nursing care and staff on a shift in a senior living setting. Administers medications and treatments, oversees admissions, discharges, transfers, documentation, assignments, medication-room duties, and clinical huddles. Responds to resident condition changes, supports care planning and regulatory readiness, communicates with physicians and families, and provides direct floor nursing coverage when needed.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and diet trays; serves meals to health center residents; sets up and breaks down dining tables; and transports food and nonfood items. The role requires following diet orders, communicating effectively, performing basic arithmetic and measurement conversions, supporting residents respectfully, and meeting physical demands including standing, lifting, pushing carts, bending, and exposure to kitchen temperatures and cleaning chemicals.

Manage daily dining room operations, serving staff, schedules, training, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, staffing, inventory, and customer service. Provide hands-on service by taking orders, answering menu questions, setting tables, clearing dishes, and assisting with dishwashing while maintaining quality and operational standards.
