Lead, train, and support the office sales and service team; manage daily office operations including invoicing, scheduling, data entry, equipment and supplies; assist sales with marketing calls; track and report field performance; complete employee paperwork and support HR; perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.

Perform tree climbing, pruning, removals, cable bracing, and general tree care while operating chainsaws and aerial lifts safely. Work outdoors with a crew to maintain client landscapes, follow safety standards, lift up to 50 pounds, and provide excellent customer service.

Paid internship rotating through General Tree Care, Plant Health Care, Lawn Care, and Sales Arborist teams. Assist crews with pruning, plant health monitoring, maintenance, and safety protocols while shadowing sales and office staff to gain practical horticulture and landscape management experience.

Responsible for driving enterprise growth through securing national service agreements, expanding client relationships, and collaborating on service delivery within key commercial markets.

Lead P&L and operational performance for ~50 branches across the Western US. Coach and develop district/branch managers, drive EBITDA, oversee integrations, enforce safety, staffing, sales effectiveness (Sandler), marketing alignment, and continuous improvement.

Own commercial compliance across contracts, COIs, bids/RFPs, prevailing wage research, and GSA Schedule administration. Review and redline contracts, track milestones, prepare bid documentation, submit GSA reports, and coordinate with payroll and external agencies to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
