Supervise and review work of two offshore accountants, liaise with external auditors, prepare variance analysis and consolidated reporting support, research US GAAP technical issues, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely financial statements and SOX compliance.

Provide legal counsel to SB Energy's teams on energy infrastructure projects, managing outside counsel and reviewing contracts for financing and acquisitions.

The Design Manager will oversee hyper-scale data center projects, focusing on design management from due diligence to construction. Responsibilities include leading design teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring project quality and schedule adherence.
