The Analyst/Sr. Analyst supports capital markets financing, focuses on financial modeling, due diligence, and deal documentation, and collaborates with various functional teams.

Provide legal counsel to SB Energy's teams on energy infrastructure projects, managing outside counsel and reviewing contracts for financing and acquisitions.

The Technology & AI Solutions Partner leads technology infrastructure, governance, and AI deployment, collaborating with business leaders to leverage AI solutions for growth and efficiency.

The Project Manager will oversee utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, managing budgets, schedules, and compliance while coordinating with teams and stakeholders.

Own and coordinate portions of annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and project-level financial operations for development and construction projects. Prepare models, analyze budget-to-actual variances, provide liquidity forecasts, assist treasury and investor reporting, and collaborate across teams to develop assumptions and drive efficiency and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Support and execute financings including tax equity, project finance debt, and corporate debt. Lead loan draws, letters of credit, and surety bond issuances; manage due diligence, documentation negotiation, and drive transactions to financial close.
