Support internal communications and employee engagement by creating and distributing internal newsletters and content, assisting with presentations and visual storytelling, organizing staff events, analyzing engagement metrics, and contributing to DEI and communications initiatives. Duties include event coordination, registrant communications, survey administration and analysis (SurveyMonkey/CODA), report preparation, and cross-departmental collaboration. Emphasis on learning, community engagement, and nonprofit program development.
